Lcek - Iron Dominion

Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Lcek handles information for a strategy game that currently relies mainly on on-device saves, local photo imports, theme settings, coin balance, and Apple StoreKit purchase flows.

1. Scope and Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to Lcek - Iron Dominion ("Lcek," the "App," "we," "us," or "our"). If a separate publisher or developer entity is shown in the App Store listing, that entity is the operator responsible for the App's privacy practices.

This Policy covers the current App and its related support communications. It does not cover Apple services, the App Store, device operating system features, or third-party websites that may have their own privacy policies.

For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, contact: lcekcyl@163.com. For Singapore PDPA purposes, this contact also serves as the public data protection contact for the App.

2. Current Privacy Summary

  • The current App stores gameplay progress, resources, base level, map state, theme choices, coin balance, and imported photos mainly on your device.
  • The App uses the iOS photo picker for selected images. It does not need full photo library browsing access to import a selected image through that system flow.
  • The current project does not show an account system, cloud sync, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, social sharing, or third-party tracking SDK.
  • Apple processes App Store purchases and payments. The App may store product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and coin balance records to fulfill purchases and prevent duplicate credits.
  • We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current App.

3. Information We Collect or Process

The exact information depends on how you use the App. The current App is designed to minimize collection and keep most records local.

Gameplay and Save Data

Resource amounts, base level, buildings, units, map selection, battle state, campaign status, save timestamps, and similar progress data. Purpose: provide gameplay, restore progress, and operate core features. Storage: primarily on device.

Imported Photos

Images you choose through the iOS photo picker, local image files, generated file names, creation dates, and optional links between photos and game units. Purpose: enable the App's local photo reference and asset-link features. Storage: primarily on device.

Purchases and Coins

StoreKit product identifiers, purchase status, transaction identifiers when available, and coin balance. Purpose: fulfill purchases, prevent duplicate credits, handle failed or pending purchases, and support troubleshooting. Apple handles payment account information.

Settings and Preferences

Theme color, palette selection, display preferences, and similar settings. Purpose: personalize the App and preserve your selected experience. Storage: primarily on device.

Support Communications

If you email us, we receive your email address, message content, attachments you choose to send, and related metadata. Purpose: respond to support, privacy, purchase, and legal requests.

Diagnostics

Device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and diagnostic information may be available through Apple or from details you provide. Purpose: troubleshoot defects, improve reliability, and protect the App.

We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, microphone recordings, camera captures, government identifiers, financial account numbers, health data, biometric identifiers, or passwords. Photos you choose to import may contain personal or sensitive information, so choose images carefully.

4. How We Use Information

We use information for purposes that are reasonable, disclosed, and connected to the App:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and secure the App.
  • Save and restore game progress, preferences, coin balance, imported photos, and photo-unit assignments.
  • Process and fulfill in-app purchases through Apple StoreKit.
  • Respond to support, privacy, legal, and purchase inquiries.
  • Debug errors, prevent fraud, prevent duplicate transaction credits, and maintain App integrity.
  • Comply with applicable law, platform requirements, lawful requests, and dispute resolution obligations.

Where consent is required, we rely on your consent. Where processing is necessary to provide the App, we rely on the need to perform the App service you requested. Where permitted, we may also rely on legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, debugging, and legal compliance.

5. Disclosure, Sale, Sharing, and Cross-Border Transfers

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current App. The current static legal pages do not set cookies or use web trackers.

We may disclose information in the limited situations below:

  • Apple and platform providers: Apple processes App Store downloads, payments, refunds, family approval, device-level permissions, crash reporting, and related platform services under Apple's own terms and policies.
  • Service providers: If we use vendors for support, hosting, email, security, crash diagnostics, or similar operations, they may process information only for permitted business purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Legal and safety purposes: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, platform rules, security needs, fraud prevention, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • Business changes: If the App is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or asset transfer, information may be transferred subject to this Policy and applicable law.

Support emails, Apple services, and future vendors may process information in countries other than your residence, including the United States, Canada, Singapore, Australia, China, or other locations where relevant systems operate. We will use reasonable measures designed to provide comparable protection where required by applicable law.

6. Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data, settings, imported photos, and local metadata are generally retained on your device until you delete them in the App, reset relevant settings, clear local data where available, or delete the App. Your device backup settings may affect whether local data is preserved or restored.

Purchase records may be retained as long as needed to fulfill coins, prevent duplicate credits, resolve disputes, comply with tax/accounting/platform obligations, and protect against fraud. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, legal compliance, dispute handling, and security.

If you ask us to delete information we control, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it unless retention is required or permitted by law. If the information exists only on your device and is not accessible to us, you can delete it through App controls, device settings, or by deleting the App.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the current App, including iOS app sandboxing, StoreKit payment handling, local storage controls, and limited data collection. No app, device, storage method, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If we identify a data breach that triggers notification duties under applicable law, we will assess and provide notices to regulators and affected individuals where required, including under California, Canadian, Singapore, or Australian rules where applicable.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to us, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, withdraw consent, restrict certain processing, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, obtain information about disclosures, challenge compliance, and complain to a regulator.
